The Shadow SH-SV2 Violin Pickup is a dual sensor violin pickup system. The super-thin piezo sensors are easily mounted under the bridge feet (between the bridge and body) for a rich, warm and very acoustic sound. Includes attached 1/4" external mount jack output socket with Velcro fastener. Easy to install and remove. The Shadow SH-SV2 pickup has enough output to drive most amplifiers directly. However, if you are plugging into a PA system or mixer board, you may need an external preamp or an impedance-matching active direct box to increase the signal strength to match that system. Made in Germany.
